West Midlands Councils (formerly Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands (IEWM)) offers its regional public sector partners tailored 360 questionnaires via Talent 360®. They've had some great feedback.

Several years on from the initial launch (and known as WM360), over 220 people have been through its Catalyst programme for aspiring leaders and Samantha Darby, People and Leadership Consultant at WMC, and her team have monitored the feedback from delegates.

“We’ve been delighted with the impact that the programme has had on the delegates with 97% of delegates agreeing - or strongly agreeing - that the programme had helped them to enhance their leadership capability. Delegates stating, unprompted, that the use of a 360 review at the beginning of the programme has been one of the best elements allowing them to gain a greater understanding of themselves and their behaviours.”

Samantha also asked for feedback on their branded on-line WM360 system itself and received some very specific and positive comments on the value of the process. 93% of those who had used the system agreed or strongly agreed that it was easy to use and 96% agreed or strongly agreed that the Feedback Report is useful and easy to understand.

“With results like that we know that it was the right choice to select the Head Light system.” Samantha concludes.
