We’re delighted to announce that Luke Butcher has joined the team at Head Light as Sales Director.
Luke assumes responsibility for our business development and customer management operations and will also provide direct feedback into the product development team.
Luke brings with him a wealth of experience in understanding and communicating how talent management software can add real business benefit to an organisation. He will support our customers as they make decisions on how best to move forward on their own talent management journey.
