New partner - TaylorMade Learning Solutions, Canada

Head Light and TaylorMade Learning Solution partner to offer on-line employee engagement to clients.

We are delighted to partner with learning solutions provider TaylorMade Learning Solutions (based in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada) to integrate Talent En-Gauge® and LearnScape learning content and platform.

Ian Lee-Emery, Managing Director at Head Light said: "We are delighted to now partner and be working with TaylorMade to create something unique in the marketplace. They share our vision of moving employee engagement activities beyond just survey data into actionable development planning for employees and managers, and organisational development interventions for businesses.”

TaylorMade Learning Solutions Inc. brings engaging, action-based learning to organisations looking to grow and develop their most valuable resource: their people. Their commitment to creating learning and development solutions that deliver lasting results is rooted in a desire to transform the conventional learning culture of today’s organisation into one that’s more experiential in nature.

It offers learning solutions, facilitation and consulting services to individual leaders, government agencies, large and small businesses, and educational institutions - all designed to build upon their strengths and leverage the workplace learning landscape they already have, with action learning that produces results.

Sharon deLure, Managing Partner at TaylorMade Learning Solutions added: “Head Light’s flexible Talent En-Gauge® system will allow us to provide the organisations we work with, with the important insights they need (as well as the actionable interventions they need to take) to respond to what their employees are saying are most important to them. In doing so, we are now able to provide our clients with the information they need to demonstrate the ROI and impact that their learning and engagement strategies are having on their organisation’s bottom line.”

Ian Lee-Emery concludes: “We very much look forward to growing our relationship with TaylorMade Learning Solutions and supporting them in their work with their clients.”
