The G-Cloud initiative consists of a series of framework agreements with suppliers, from which public sector organisations can select services without needing to run a full tender or competitive procurement process and aims to make it easier for public sector bodies to procure IT services that use cloud computing.
Ian Lee-Emery, CEO & Founder of Head Light comments: “We are delighted to continue to make our talent management solutions available through the G-Cloud framework, having been part of the G-Cloud framework for a number of years.”
“Our longstanding relationships with public sector organisations will continue and we look forward to sharing the benefits of our online talent management tools with others. We have worked with around 30% of UK-based police forces as well as local government bodies and helped them to access the real benefits of a strong talent management approach.”
Ian Lee-Emery concludes: “Being a supplier under the Software-as-a-Service agreement supports our commitment to the public sector – and confirms our aim to help government departments and other public bodies harness the value that they can gain from online performance management, employee engagement, succession planning and 360 degree feedback processes.”
