Announcing Talent 10.0: the Talent Management Platform with Ethical AI

At a time when AI is transforming HR, we are proud to announce the release of Talent 10.0, a significant milestone our talent management platform.

This major upgrade represents our commitment to continually enhancing the user experience through improved and upgraded design and functionality and also ensuring that innovative AI capabilities are rooted in ethical considerations.

Ian Lee-Emery, CEO and founder of Head Light, comments:

"As well as our ongoing commitment to listening to client feedback to streamline and improve the user experience, our latest release addresses the growing need for AI-powered talent insights. These insights build on robust ethics and consent mechanisms, including the ISO standard designed to help organisations govern AI safely."

"We've explored how organisations interact with their talent data – and how AI can support this. We know that there is a desire to apply AI within the work of the HR team, and we want to ensure that our clients do so with all the balances and checks in place."

A core element of Talent 10.0 is its inclusion of an option to make use of 360-degree feedback to respond to curated questions for thematic analysis. Users can access the pre-built queries (shown through research to eliminate bias and ‘hallucinations’), or pose their own questions (with ‘guard rails’) to extract meaningful insights from qualitative data, identifying patterns in development needs across their talent pool.

More than this, Talent 10.0 has elevated the reporting visuals and graphics, and added new capabilities to the other core modules which cover career path mapping, skills management, performance review and succession planning.

Talent 10.0 has been extensively security tested as part of the new update to ISO27001.

All current clients will be able to access all of the elements of this upgrade, which is being rolled out right now.
