The TJ Awards seek to promote excellence, best practice and innovation in Training and Learning & Development, and to highlight the importance of this area in today's business climate. Nominations were reviewed by the TJ Award panel and those short-listed were interviewed by a further panel of industry experts.
All of this year’s winners were announced on 26 November 2014 at the TJ Awards Gala Dinner at The Brewery in London.
