Head Light wins Bronze in L&D Supplier of the Year Awards

The TJ Awards are recognised as being the premier Training and L&D event for the UK – and talent management software specialist, Head Light has won the bronze award in the L& D Supplier of the Year category.

Ian Lee-Emery, Managing Director and Founder of Head Light commented, “We are delighted to have been recognised by the Industry in this very important category. We were nominated by one of our clients – British Transport Police – with whom we have worked over a number of years developing and implementing its Leadership Academy. The TJ Awards seek to promote excellence, best practice and innovation in Training and Learning & Development, and to highlight the importance of this area in today's business climate. Nominations were reviewed by the TJ Award panel and those short-listed were interviewed by a further panel of industry experts.

All of this year’s winners were announced on 26 November 2014 at the TJ Awards Gala Dinner at The Brewery in London.
