Head Light is delighted to announce that it has successfully passed the re-certification process to retain its ISO 27001 status for Information Security Management.

Ian Lee-Emery, CEO and Founder of Head Light comments,

“Having held this standard since 2018, our successful re-certification demonstrates yet again our continued commitment to information security, data protection and continuous improvement – for our own, and our clients’, data.”

ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised information security management standard which ensures organisations apply a framework to business processes to help identify, manage and reduce risks to information security.

Feedback from the auditors following the re-certification process noted that Head Light had maintained one of the highest levels seen of surveillance, vigilance and mitigation to emerging threats.

Ian continues:

“As an HR tech firm working with organisations to manage and retain their people, we’re dealing with our customers’ most sensitive talent information. They need to be confident that we’re protecting their data and be assured of the resilience and excellence of the systems we have in place.”

“This standard covers more than hosting customer data; the standard also ensures the robustness and security of our software development process, that our people are vetted and that we are proactive to managing threats and vulnerabilities across our supply chain.”

 Ian sums up:

“We work with organisations across the private and public sectors and this accreditation supports our position as a G-Cloud supplier as we are recognised as meeting the high standards expected of all those that handle personal data.”
