Focus your employee engagement activities

Use Head Light's employee engagement checklist to help to focus the initial employee engagement activities

How is employee engagement in your organisation? Do you know? And what are you going to do about it?

We know that strong employee engagement gives real business benefit to an organisation.

We believe that employee engagement can be looked at usefully from three perspectives:

  1. what the organisation does;
  2. what line managers do, and
  3. what individuals do and feel in response.

An annual employee survey may give you some information but unless you’re using a diagnostic tool which offers such a level of analysis such as Head Light’s Talent En-Gauge, it won’t be giving you the information at this detail.

As a starting point, we’ve developed a short diagnostic checklist which can help to highlight the specific perspective or focus where the greatest gains may be made from taking action.

After this there are 10 practical suggestions for you to consider which may help drive up levels of employee engagement.
