areas which HR decision makers seem to want to both take action in and shy away from.
So we were delighted to be asked by our partner CIPHR to speak on their stand at the CIPD HR Software and Recruitment Show.
Ian Lee-Emery took the delegates through the six key talent management questions to which they need to have the answers to make sure the organisation is in shape.
He challenged the audience to think about the data we have - or could have - access to in our organisations. Things such as development objectives, training goals, performance targets, engagement scores.... And then moved on to consider the essential analytics talent management software needs to have in place to turn this data into meaningful and useful information.
