Our Software Satisfaction Award for the Talent Management category at the end of 2012 was testament to our commitment to service and now the service level statistics for 2012 are out and we’re delighted we’ve improved yet again, year on year.

In 2012 we:

  • Achieved 99.999% service availability on a 24 x 7 basis.
  • ‘Closed’ support calls made to us on average in 43 minutes.
  • 99.2% of support calls were closed within one working day.
  • 90.4% of support calls were closed on the same working day.
