Talent Management ROI within a year in almost half of companies

Head Light releases the results of its study - Justifying Spend in Hard Times: Measuring Return on Investment for 360 and Performance Reviews which surveyed 175 HR and Learning and Development decision-makers for their views of the benefits of on-line talent management and the return on their investment. One of the findings shows that nearly half of organisations see a return on investment for on-line talent management within 12 months.
