Performance Management made easier to deploy

Head Light is delighted to announce its latest release (version 8.8) of its talent management software Talent Cloud®which is now being rolled out free of charge to all users.

One of the key enhancements is specific functionality to make the roll-out of Continuous Performance Management easier.

This release of Talent Cloud also includes additional functionality for those using the Talent 360® system including an innovative strengths-based word cloud.
