Annette Cairns, Organisational Development Manager sets the scene. "When we started talking about running a 360 survey with our senior management team, we assumed we wanted to benchmark our people against one of the many recognised management models. After an internet search and asking my network for recommendations, a number of 360 suppliers were interviewed - but when we met with Head Light, they really stood out from the competition."
