Ian Lee-Emery CEO and founder says, "This release not only sees continued enhancements to the user experience and greater analytical capabilities but also includes some significant client-requested features." "One of these is a Heatmap analytic which can relate to the scores around 360 degree feedback competencies or employee engagement factors. It provides a very clear, at-a-glance indicator of how each person is scoring in each competence or factor area. It means that clients can see the key hotspots - and where action needs to be taken either at an individual level or from an organisational perspective." The concept behind the 360 Heatmap came from a Head Light client keen to focus quickly on the significant areas that needed action and it is an example of how Head Light works with its clients to ensure that system offers valuable functionality.  Ian Lee-Emery continues, "This release is the second update we have made available to our clients in four months reflecting the speed and agility that we offer users in terms of implementing the great ideas and feedback we get from them. This continuous listening approach is a central element to our product development and enhancement roadmap." Talent® users will choose when to migrate to the new system over the coming weeks.
