Head Light announces Version 9.1 of Talent, to help organisations drive diversity, engagement and performance

The release of Talent® Version 9.0, from Head Light, a leading talent management software firm helps businesses to develop resilience talent.

We announce the release of Talent® Version 9.1, again in challenging times.  Working from home has certainly entered the mainstream and industries and the economy are shifting and changing in ways that may become permanent.

Whilst the pandemic has caused very little to change operationally here at Head Light, this isn't the case for so many people who are now viewing work almost entirely through a screen, with little social contact.  Ian Lee-Emery, Head Light Founder, says, "Our response to this focusses on driving out developments in our platform to promote organisational diversity, inclusion and engagement".

we have continued our pursuit of developing and implementing software that changes how employees engage, perform and mange their work priorities whilst distanced from their managers, leaders and co-workers.

Ian Lee-Emery, Head Light Founder, says, “During these times we’ve continued to deliver the great service that our customers have come to expect, provided support for those who are launching their new Performance Management approaches and helped customers prepare for the changes in the workplace that this global pandemic will bring about.  This includes our new release today that seeks to stay in step with changing expectations of work and organisational culture.”

With over 140 updates in Talent® Version 9.1, a key theme has been Resilience, across business, teams and individuals.  This includes new and unique analytics based on our in-depth understanding of workplace psychology, ‘out of the box’ surveys to help the return to the workplace, heightened security facilities as more people work from home, many customer-specific enhancements and more configuration possibilities.

Ian continues, “Our expectations of leaders and managers has changed during this crisis.  We have all had to ‘meet people where we find them’, be more empathetic and demonstrate greater understanding.  This starts with greater self-awareness and our 360-degree feedback tool within Talent® continues to lead in its ability to reveal strengths, weaknesses and blind spots.”
